There is a 20 dollar fee for your membership. Once this fee is paid, your membership will remain valid until December 31 of the current calendar year. If you join and pay your membership fee after September 1, your membership is valid through the end of the next calendar year.​

We ask you to Add EMSRA to your online banking as a contact and then please send an e-transfer for $20 to treasurer@emsra.ca. We ask that you include your name and address in the comment section of your e-transfer. The recipient for such e-transfers or e-mails is a volunteer who is the Treasurer of the Erin Mills South Residents Association. Funds will be deposited into the EMSRA bank account. Should you prefer to mail us a cheque, please use this mailing address.

Now that you have submitted your Membership Application and  paid the $20 fee,  you will become a member, assuming compliance with the By-laws, including residence within the boundaries of the Erin Mills South Residents Association.

We have two types of members: voting members and non-voting members. There can only be one voting member per household. If you are the second or subsequent applicant for membership, within your household, then you are welcome to be an active non-voting member. The annual fee for both types of members is $20.

​

A person attending at an Annual General Meeting or other meeting of EMSRA may be asked for proof that they live within the boundaries and are eligible to vote.
