Boundaries
We want to co-operate with other Residents Associations and not overlap with their boundaries unless it is to our mutual advantage and/or the other association is currently inactive.
In general, the following neighbourhoods are included: Promontory/ Bridlepath; Sawmill Valley/Olde Burnhamthorpe; Arbour Green north of the Sawmill Creek; Pheasant Run; Burnhamthorpe- Mississauga Road; South Millway north of the Collegeway.
Housing in the South Common Community Node will be excluded, specifically the towers and town homes of Eagle Ridge, and the Burnhamthorpe townhomes at numbers 2251 and 2401. Also, the townhomes and towers on either side of the Glen Erin Inn will be excluded. Sunrise Senior Living will be excluded. UTM is excluded.
The following boundaries are stated in a Schedule to our Articles of Incorporation.
Geographic Boundaries
The geographic territory of the Association is that area enclosed by:

Highway 403 at the north side, Burnhamthorpe Road at the south side, Winston Churchill Boulevard at the west side, and Glen Erin Drive on the east side (hereinafter “Pheasant Run”),

Highway 403 at the north side, the western branch of Sawmill Creek at the south side, Glen Erin Drive at the west side, and Erin Mills Parkway on the east side, but excluding Sunrise of Mississauga (hereinafter Arbour Green),

Highway 403 at the north side, Mullet Creek at the south side, Mullet Creek at the west side, and the Credit River on the east side (hereinafter “Promontory/Bridlepath”),

Burnhamthorpe Road at the north side, The Collegeway at the south side, Sawmill Creek at the west side, and the Credit River on the east side, but excluding the campus of the University of Toronto Mississauga, (hereinafter “Burnhamthorpe Mississauga Road”),

Burnhamthorpe Road at the north side, The Collegeway at the south side, Erin Mills Parkway at the west side, and South Millway on the east side, but including Sanderling Crescent and Swallowdale Court, (hereinafter “South Millway”), and
